Our certifying agent is Oregon Tilth.

We are a USDA Certified Organic and Food Safe Certified farm and packing facility and one of the few farms in the state with both certifications.  

Yes, as a tropical climate is excellent living conditions for people, bugs love it as well. We use USDA approved OMRI listed chemicals only and have an extensive tracking for usage and applications, and both the farm and packing facility gets audited 3 times a year to prove accuracy and compliance. There is one annual scheduled visit and two surprise inspections. 

All of our herbs are grown outdoors in the fields. Only our Potted Plants and starts are kept in shade houses.

In general, no since we are a working farm. However, we do have only approved scheduled tours by the owners. 

All of our water is supplied by the Board of Water Supply and is Potable meaning it is all safe to drink. Our water gets tested quarterly to ensure safety and compliance

We grow culinary cooking herbs such as Basil, Dill, Mint, Rosemary, Thyme, Green Onions, Etc.

On a smaller scale, we also grow Peppers, Eggplant, assorted Lettuces, Leeks for our smaller customers. 

We are located on the North Shore of Oahu in Waialua and the farm is 6 acres in total.
